Eastpoint has donated £100 to our local first responder group to help them buy some new equipment and clothing.
Who are Community First Responders?
Community first responders are volunteers who are trained to attend certain types of emergency calls. Their aim is to reach a potentially life-threatening emergency before the ambulance crew arrives.
Their role is to help stabilise the patient and provide the appropriate care until the more highly skilled ambulance crew arrives on the scene to take over the treatment.
Every year, we donate more than 10% of our profits to charities.
