Lifetime Warranty for Razorback Heavy-Duty Paper Trimmers
- Warranty Coverage: Eastpoint Global Ltd (“the Company”) provides a lifetime warranty for the Razorback heavy-duty paper trimmer, covering the stand and frame, trimmer bed, and other non-moving parts (hereinafter referred to as “the Product”). This warranty guarantees freedom from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, commencing from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.
- Exclusions: This lifetime warranty does not apply to consumable wearing parts, specifically the paper clamp and cutting head. These parts, subject to normal wear and tear, are exempt from coverage.
- Obligations of Eastpoint Global Ltd: Throughout the lifetime warranty period, if the Razorback product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, Eastpoint Global Ltd will, at its sole discretion, undertake the repair or replacement of the defective parts or the entire Product. The Company reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts in the repair or replacement process.
- Registration Obligation: To activate and validate the Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) on the Product, the purchaser (“Customer”) is required to complete the mandatory product registration process. This registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Lifetime Warranty Activation: Upon successful completion of the registration process, the Lifetime Warranty for the Razorback product will be activated. Failure to register within the stipulated timeframe will result in the defaulting to the standard statutory 1-year warranty terms.
- Standard Warranty: In the absence of valid registration within the specified period, the product will be covered by the standard statutory 1-year warranty.
- Warranty Transfer: This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who completes the registration process. Any transfer of ownership without proper notification and re-registration may void the Lifetime Warranty.
- Proof of Registration: Customer is responsible for retaining the proof of registration. In case of a warranty claim, failure to provide proof of registration may result in the denial of warranty service.

- Limitations and Exclusions: This lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and excludes:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorised modification.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
- Damage incurred by using the Razorback Product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
- No Other Warranties: This lifetime warranty stands as the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Eastpoint Global Ltd. No other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Eastpoint Global Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
- Governing Law: This lifetime warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
